Since
February 2003 we have been
accredited as a training practice
for GP Registrars. These registrars
are fully qualified doctors who
spend up to a year with us, before
they are able to practise as a GP in
their own right. During their time
here they will need to video some of
their consultations but will always
obtain the patient's permission
prior to the consultation.
In
addition to GP Registrars we also
train final year medical students
from St George's Hospital, London
and also students from the recently
formed Brighton & Sussex University
Medical School. Occasionally a
student may sit in on consultations.
You will be informed of this prior
to the consultation and given the
opportunity to refuse permission
should you so wish. |
