We offer a comprehensive service for patients travelling abroad on business or for pleasure.

Please complete the form and return to the surgery. The practice nurse will then contact you with details of what vaccinations you require and also make you an appointment. We are quick but these vaccinations don’t work instantly. Please give us at least four weeks' notice of your travel dates so that we can send you off fully protected to enjoy your trip.

The vaccinations that can be provided free of charge to patients registered at Willow Green Surgery are:
• Hepatitis A
• Hep A and Typhoid
• Polio
• Tetanus and Diphtheria
• Typhoid

We can provide the following vaccinations but these will incur a charge:
• Japanese Encephalitis (course of 3 injections) - £55 per injection
• Meningitis (single dose) - £48
• Rabies (course of 3 injections) - £48 per injection
• Hep B (for travel purposes) - £50

Payment must be made before for vaccinations that incur a charge, before they are given.

We are also a registered Yellow Fever clinic. We can provide the vaccination and certificate for a fee of £55. This service is available to both registered patients of Willow Green Surgery and patients registered elsewhere.

It may be difficult to organise immunisations at very short notice. In these cases we recommend the Travel Clinics at Gatwick and Heathrow Airports. You will be charged for any vaccinations given at these clinics.
