You have been given an appointment to attend the surgery today. Please read carefully the following details as this is important for your and our wellbeing.
- Please ensure you have a suitable face covering that can cover your nose and mouth. This must be able to stay up without the need of holding it to your face with a hand. This can be a scarf or handkerchief and not necessarily a clinical mask.
- Please only turn up at the time of your appointment. The waiting room has limited capacity due to social distancing. With this in mind, if you turn up early you will be asked to return at the time of your appointment. Equally, turning up late for an appointment will result in a missed appointment. During these challenging times, it vital that we keep to the appointment time to limit the amounts of patients that are in the surgery at any one time.
- As previously mentioned, there is limited space in the waiting room. Please attend the appointment by yourself (Unless express permission has been given by the clinician you are seeing).
Please also note that the toilets are unavailable for use at the surgery.
